Supplies get through to residents in the flooded areas of the Kherson Dam - did you get goosebumps?

From the United Nations report on 9th June 2023'

'In the early hours of the 6th June, the Khakhova Dam in Ukraine was breached causing extensive flooding along the lower Dnieper river in Kherson Oblast. It will have severe long term impacts on Urkaine's environment, economy and society, including possible diplacement and migration of population and is likely to cast a dark shadow over the country for decades to come.'
